1. Log-in at https://app.eventpipe.com
2. Click ‘View Events’ next to your property.
3. Click “Manage Reservations” next to the applicable event.
4. Click ‘download room list’ on the unconfirmed tab. (This will include guest credit card data.)
Please keep PCI compliancy in mind. Do not print, email or share this spreadsheet with guest credit card data.
5. Once you’ve created the reservations and have confirmation numbers, add those to the spreadsheet in column B “Hotel Conf. Number.” Then click “Upload Confirmation Numbers” and upload the file that includes confirmation numbers.
This will move all reservations from the unconfirmed tab to the “confirmed reservation” tab.
