We’ve partnered with Protect Group to give Team Travel Source customers the option to add Housing Protection to your booking and enhance your Refundable Terms and Conditions. 

For a small fee, add Housing Protection to your booking and receive a FULL refund if you are unable to attend your scheduled event due to one of hundreds of covered, unforeseen circumstances. Simply submit a claim and proof of the covered reason for cancelling, and 100% of the value of your booking (including the Housing Protection fee) will be credited upon approval, regardless of the amount you’ve already paid.

Even if you have only paid for a portion of your trip, Housing Protection will refund your booking!

The Refund Process

Using the unique link at the bottom of your TTS reservation, simply fill out the Refund Application form, upload supporting evidence/documentation and enter your preferred banking account information. Upon approval, your refund is processed immediately! The application takes just a few minutes to complete.

Refunds are approved and funds are returned to your bank account in an average of four business hours! 

IF YOU HAVE PURCHASED HOUSING PROTECTION AND NEED TO APPLY FOR A REFUND, PLEASE FIND DETAILS IN YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL, OR VISIT THE LINK TO THE REFUND APPLICATION HERE.

Please note: At this time, Housing Protection can only be added to your booking at the time of purchase and cannot be added to your trip later. With any questions, please reach out to our Customer Experience team at info@teamtravelsource.com or 502-354-9103.

In the event that Housing Protection was selected by mistake and you would like it removed/refunded from your reservation, please reach out to our Customer Experience team within 14 days of purchase at info@teamtravelsource.com or 502-354-9103.

If you do not add Housing Protection, your booking is limited to the terms and conditions of the hotel you’ve selected.
