Cancellation Policy
In the event Guest wishes to terminate this agreement, Travel Insurance, Damage Protection and any processing or administrative fees are non-refundable. The refund policy is as follows:
Guest receives 100.00% (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50.00% (less $75.00 taxable cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
For bookings made via Team Travel Source for events held at Rocky Top Sports World: If a guest who has a booking made via the Team Travel Source exclusive link for Rocky Top Sports World events needs to cancel their booking due to a last-minute event cancellation, and they are outside of the current cancellation refund policy and do not possess travel insurance, Backwoods Vacation Rentals agrees to offer the guest a credit towards a future stay to be used within 365 days of the current reservation. This credit may be applied toward the current rate at the time of booking and will be subject to certain blackout dates as determined by Backwoods Vacation Rentals.
