2024 YMCA National Gymnastics Championship & Invitational Housing Process

HOUSING OPENS FOR GROUP BLOCKS: JUNE 24, 2023

• YMCA team(s) will be able to block up to 20% more rooms than the previous year and must fill out this form submitting previous year’s information. TTS will send the booking link along with the number of rooms allowed to be blocked. Team Experience Specialists will be available to assist YMCA team(s) with blocking rooms and will be monitoring blocks to make sure that YMCA team(s) are not going over their allotted amounts. TTS reserves the right to reduce blocks based on historical data.

• From June 24th – October 31st, YMCA team(s) that block rooms will be given 14 days to book their rooms. After 14 days any unused rooms will be released back into inventory for other teams to have the opportunity to book. The link will not be live to the public during this time frame.

HOUSING OPENS FOR ALL: NOVEMBER 1, 2023

• General booking link available to the public.

• From November 1, 2023, to March 31, 2024, YMCA team(s) that block rooms will be given 7 days to book their rooms. After 7 days any unused rooms will be released back into inventory for other teams to have the opportunity to book.

BOOKING WINDOWS SHORTEN: APRIL 1, 2024

• Beginning April 1, 2024, YMCA team(s) will be allowed to hold rooms for up to 5 days. Since most qualification events have taken place and now only a couple of months from the event, booking windows are shortened to prevent gyms from holding unused rooms.

**There is no fee associated with building a team block; however, to book a reservation, a non-refundable $3.99 admin fee and $6 cancel convenience fee will be required at the time of booking. The Cancel Convenience Fee allows guests the flexibility of cancelling their room up to 72 hours before the event without penalty for most hotels.
