Tell us about yourself.
I have a passion for problem solving and have made this passion my career. My career began as the first employee of Atlantic Cheer & Dance Championships, now the Coastal Corporation, where I climbed the ranks to become Vice President of Operations. Through the years my career has led me to a variety of industries, working directly with owners and chief executives to optimize business potential and productivity. I am grateful to have worked in finance, operations and technology which affords me a unique perspective in leading strategic initiatives. Proud achievements during my career include build out and launch of new branch offices, development of a custom mobile field software and custom registration software, automation of customer service communications and working with and for great people.
Ready for a new challenge, the opportunity to join Team Travel Source brought me much excitement. This allowed me to return to my roots and love for sports management, and to contribute to the certain growth and success of TTS. In my current role as Vice President of Systems & Productivity I strive to use technology to the fullest extent to streamline internal workflows and drive great customer experiences for both our Event Producers and the families traveling to their events. Each day the technology team and I seek to ditch conformity and instead find new and innovative ways to deliver simple, progressive and delightful solutions.
When not at my computer, I enjoy all the blessings of this life with my awesome husband of 16 years and our three amazing sons.
