April is the co-founder and owner of Team Travel Source and currently oversees the financial components of the business. She is also heavily involved in launching the full TTS Mentorship Program. She is known for her analytical mindset, attention to detail and overall employee motivation mentality. April’s passion is developing people to their full potential and striving to create a positive and inspiring work environment. April is the former Vice President of The JAM Brands where she worked in all areas of the company and assisted with their many mergers and acquisitions. April serves on the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Louisville Sports Commission and has been recognized as one of the “Top 10 Women in Sports” by Collinson Media and one of the “20 to Know in Tourism” by the Louisville Business First publication. April has been married to her husband, Andy, for 23 years and has two sports loving teenagers, Tyzen & Addison. Family time is her favorite time!

Integrity Matters – Do the right thing…. ALWAYS. I always say I want to “sleep well”. That comes with knowing I’ve treated people fairly and with respect and done everything I can to live an honest and giving life.

Our family supports anything we can! Lots of love and help to cancer centers, people in need and students at underprivileged schools.
