Tell us about yourself.
I am a Louisville area transplant, after spending many years moving across the country. I have a beautiful wife and my first child on the way in 2022. I always dreamed of being athletic – but ultimately landed in a call center early in my career after realizing I just wasn’t very athletic. I spend my days overseeing the day to day operations of our call center, and making sure my team has all the tools they need to provide our guests with the best customer service. I have a degree in Business Administration, but feel my best skills are ones I learned from amazing mentors I have had throughout my career. I always strive to be an open resource to my team to give them the support that I was given to grow in my career.

The best part about working at TTS is the AMAZING team and people. We live our values every day and this team is truly one of a kind!
What are your hobbies?
I love traveling, when I am not at work you can usually find my wife and I in our camper exploring somewhere new.

What is your favorite memory of working at TTS?
I have only been here for a few weeks now, but certainly our virtual Holiday Party is a great memory. Getting to see the entire TTS family together and having fun together is something that will resonate with me for a long time.
What is your favorite core value?
Value ALL Voices is such an important core value to me – we are all only as good as the sum of us all, and everyone brings a unique and different perspective to the table to make us all better!
