Denise Buenning

Born in Manhattan, Denise was raised in suburban New York and attended American University in Washington DC, where she worked until moving to Kansas City to marry and raise her family of three children. She continued in public relations, advertising, corporate events and public service campaigns across multiple industries, including telecommunications and health care. She joined the federal government’s Medicare program and retired from federal service having won multiple Administrator and Secretary’s awards for her work in public outreach and HIPAA transaction and code set reform. She joined Team Travel Source six years ago, contributing to guest relations, compliance and other company areas. She lives in Arnold Maryland with her husband, daughter and English Bulldog Phog.
