Tell us about yourself.
I am an Account Administrator for the Volleyball Account team at TTS. I have been with TTS for almost 4 years and have the honor of being the first official male employee. I started off in the Team Relations Department where I worked closely with VIP clients and handled all escalations in addition to setting up blocks for hundreds of teams. I have over 15 years’ experience working in the Customer Service industry. I previously worked as a Customer Service manager for various retail and grocery stores. It was there that I found my passion for helping others and providing exceptional customer service.
I love to learn new things and try new adventures. When I’m not at work I enjoy surfing the internet for exciting ways to spend my time. I love cooking, hosting dinner parties, making music and going to concerts. I am a lover, supporter and advocate for the arts and love to express myself. My dream is to open my own restaurant.
Three words that best describe you.
What awards/recognitions if any have you received while working at TTS?
I was awarded Essential Piece “3” times, and countless fist bump awards from my colleagues.
Which core value is your personal favorite and why?
My favorite core value is Team Work. I just love how everyone from every department may not always work together daily, but we can all chip in and help when needed. I can rely on anyone and that is a great feeling. Driven to Exceed Expectations is a close 2nd. Who wouldn’t want to strive to be the best?
Name of the person that inspires you the most.
Donald Frazier-McCrory; everything I do is for my family. he is my biggest cheerleader and coach. He stood by my side during the darkest days of chemotherapy and radiation. I don’t think i could’ve made it this far without him.
What is your favorite memory of working at TTS?
My favorite memory so far has been my first visit to the Kentucky Office in 2018. It was a pleasure meeting my other coworkers that I only work with through the computer. Seeing that other side of the company changed my life. Just being in the presence of so many bad ass females (at the time) really motivated me to be great, and is one of the reasons I’m still employed here today.
What is the best thing about working at TTS?
I love the positive and fun atmosphere. I love the company culture, and I love those days that everyone has their ear buds in just zoned out and focusing on crushing goals. I’ve never had a job that I enjoyed coming to ever this much. Even on the days that I’m crying and overwhelmed I can always guarantee that someone will turn my frown upside down or offer to take something off of my plate to make my load lighter. I also love that we get the freedom to express our feelings and thoughts, and they are actually supported and encouraged.
