Tell us about yourself.
I have spent the majority of my career in the hospitality and tourism industry. Having worked in the Events department at various AAA Four Diamond hotel brands, such as Marriott, Hilton and Omni, I thrive in creating excellent customer service experiences for all our clients. Following the pandemic, I was fortunate enough to transition into the sports travel industry with Team Travel Source, where I was able to bring my in-depth hotel and customer-centric background to life again. My desire to learn all the facets of the sports industry while merging my knowledge of the housing industry, partnered with my ambition to lead and be a valuable team member is just a brief glimpse of what I’m all about!

What awards/recognitions if any have you received while working at TTS?
Which core value is your personal favorite and why?
All our core values are important and go hand-in-hand but my personal favorite is creating a positive and fun atmosphere. When you’re working at a place where you are with your co-workers more than your own family – it makes a huge difference whether you enjoy going in everyday or not. TTS makes that easy and I have not dreaded a day coming in since I’ve started working here. It makes “working” not feel so much like work!
Name of the person that inspires you the most.
What is your favorite memory of working at TTS?
Most recently I was able to attend my first ever Volleyball Championship event in Las Vegas. This has by far been my favorite memory. Being immersed in the volleyball craze at the convention center, seeing all the girls play their hearts out and cheer their teammates on, working closely with USAV and contributing to its success, made my heart so happy. Seeing what our company and our volleyball team help make happen, seeing it come to fruition was so amazing and made me so grateful to be apart of such a great team, and great company!
What is the best thing about working at TTS?
The camaraderie is amazing here, you really feel like a part of the company and where it is going. TTS prioritizes valuing all of our voices, integrity, teamwork and an emphasis on a work/life balance for all employees.
To make the world a better place we should...
