Tell us about yourself.
LeAnne is a former Varsity Spirit employee starting out as a UCA Cheer Camp Instructor throughout college which led to a full time position in the Varsity All Star segment of the company running all-star cheer events. Eventually, this led to managing housing in-house for a number of years before she got the AMAZING opportunity to work for Team Travel Source, starting out as an Account Manager and now transitioning to lead the Cheer Team as the Director of Cheer Accounts. LeAnne cheered throughout middle school, high school, and college. LeAnne cheered for the University of Tennessee and the University of Memphis, where she and her teammates won the UCA College National Championship in 2008 in the All-girl division.

What awards and recognitions have you received while working at TTS?
A handful of Essential Piece Awards over the years.
Which core value is your personal favorite and why?
Value all voices. I love this core value because I believe that listening to all of the opinions in a certain situation gives you the ability to make the best decision for the company, our partners, and event attendees. Information is power and listening to what others know as well only gives us more power ;).
What are your hobbies?
Being outdoors with family working on our family farm, instructing barre fitness classes, lake time with friends and family,

What is your favorite memory of working at TTS?
My first trip to the Connect in 2017 – This was my first trip representing TTS and seeing first hand how amazing our company is at building great relationships and partnerships. Standing out not only because of our bold, matching shirts, but also because of our unparalleled hard work for this industry!
What is the best thing about working at TTS?
The relationships! I am so thankful for the relationships i have formed with co-workers, partners, CVB, and hoteliers!
