Tell us about yourself.
Born & raised in Ontario, Canada. Mike is a former professional hockey player and coach who spent 14 seasons playing and coaching in the South-East. He finished his career in Knoxville as the head coach of the Knoxville Ice Bears who won 4 championships in his tenure there. Mike entered the housing industry with Legacy Global Sports in 2017 and held the position of National Account Executive with Pse Event Housing where he was tasked with business development strategies, new clients and growth of the companies existing book of business. Mike is also heavily involved in the youth hockey industry as a coach and program director at Cool Sports in Knoxville, TN where he oversees the development of both coaches and players at the recreational and travel levels.

Which core value is your personal favorite and why?
Work/Life Balance. Society always glorifies someones who works too much and TTS has such a great understanding of how important family is alongside work. We can all still work hard and get things done while balancing our home life.
What are your hobbies?
Fishing with my boys, DIY projects at home, youth hockey in Knoxville and supporting my sports teams the Blue Jays and Maple Leafs.

My parents. Hands down.
What is your favorite memory of working at TTS?
Christmas Party 2020, I had only been with the company a few weeks and I was blown away by the camaraderie, kindness and culture at the company. It fired me up and I was so excited to move forward and be a part of it.
What is the best thing about working at TTS?
Hands down, the culture. Everyone wants to do the right thing, every time. Ownership and leadership have created an incredible environment where employees want to succeed individually but only as a part of the overall “complete plan”…..

My wife Haley, our 2 sons Chunk (5) & Charlie (2) along with dogs Gordie and Murphy and a slew of other swimming, crawling and flying creatures.
