NEED AN INVOICE?

STEP 1: CHECK OUT OUR NEW VARSITY STAY SMART – SCHOOL EDITION INVOICE PROCESS! We are excited to have an expedited invoice process this season! Check out all of the details by clicking HERE!

STEP 2: CREATE YOUR ROOM BLOCK ON THE OFFICIAL TTS EVENT BOOKING SITE. (Click HERE for a tutorial on setting up a group block.)

STEP 3: SUBMIT THE INVOICE REQUEST FORM TO REQUEST THAT YOUR BLOCK BE EQUIPPED WITH OUR MASTER BILL FEATURE. (Click HERE to fill out the request form.)

STEP 4: ONCE THE MASTER BILL FEATURE HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY A TEAM EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST, PLEASE BOOK ALL ROOMS IN THE BLOCK USING THE GROUP LINK IN YOUR BLOCK CONFIRMATION EMAIL.

COMPLIANCY

Team Travel Source does not require rosters to track compliancy. We will track your reservations and athlete names. When booking a room, you are required to include the athlete name. Our Team Relation’s crew will update your compliance tracking weekly to ensure you are eligible to compete in the event! (Tracking includes registration updates, athletes booked, approved exemptions and monitoring cancellations).

EXEMPTIONS

The DEADLINE to submit an exemption for NCA High School Nationals is November 30th.
