2023 – 2024 Varsity All Star Housing Launch Details – How it Works!
HOW IT WILL WORK FOR NON-SUPER NATIONALS EVENTS
* HOUSING OFFERED & HOUSING REWARDS: All events are open to both teams and the general public at 12PM EST
** HOUSING REQUIRED: Registered Programs will be sent the housing booking links in waves with specific times beginning on the Team Booking Window Start Date.
End of Season events including The U.S. Finals, Regional Summits, Youth Summit, & The Celebration will open at a later date. Please be on the look out for communication from Varsity All Star regarding these dates.

HOW IT WILL WORK FOR SUPER NATIONALS EVENTS
For the Super Nationals events, programs will no longer need to save their spot in line. The time stamp on your Varsity registration for the event will serve this purpose. The housing booking link will be sent to programs at a specific time unique to their gym.

In order to be assigned a team booking wave, the program must be registered on the first day of the Team Booking Window. Example: For the November/December Housing Required events, team booking waves will be assigned to all teams registered by August 29th. Teams registered after the specific Team Booking Window Start Date will have access to the booking link on the Team Booking Window End Date at 12PM EST when the link is made public.
