In order to be assigned a team booking time, the program must be registered by the day the schedule is released. All teams registered after this date must wait until the link is publicly available. Example: For the November/December Housing Required events, team booking waves will be assigned to all teams registered by August 29th. Teams registered after this date will have access to the site on September 10th.
End of Season events including The U.S. Finals, Regional Summits, Youth Summit, & The Celebration will open at a later date. Please be on the look out for communication from Varsity All Star regarding these dates.

Specifically for JAMfest Cheer Super Nationals, CHEERSPORT Nationals, and NCA All-Star Nationals, programs must also have paid their registration deposit in order to receive a scheduled time slot to book housing.
